COVID19 IMPACT - Experiencing Delays

About our "FREE SHIPPING" Method

For FREE shipping methods offered on our website, due to COVID-19 delays there is no guarantee of exact shipping delivery day/ time.

Additionally, regardless of what the shipping "estimated delivery date/ time" indicates USPS, Royal Mail, Correos, La poste, Deutsche Post... and the main post services in most countries have asked their partners to let the customer know this is just an estimate and to please add 5-8 extra days for delivery. As a result, no refunds will be issued to customers who use the FREE shipping option if the reason for their refund request is because the late delivery date, as we cannot control currently the delays due to COVID-19.

We offer Free shipping as great option to choose for NON-TIME/ DELIVERY BASED needed order, currently orders are taking an approx. of 15-25 days to be delivered. But if you need your order fast or by a certain date please contact us first so we can try to offer you a faster pay solution like DHL or similar.

USPS® Coronavirus Updates: Expected Delivery Changes

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Although the Clout Collection team will work get your package over to USPS in a timely manner, once your order is in USPS's hands, our team & company have no control over the delivery speed.

I understand some of my mail delivery may be delayed? Why?

Most packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, these delays vary per country and timings are changing every week according to the local situation.

When will this happen?

This situation will affect our store orders starting by March 27, 2020 and might be continue happening until the crisis is under control during all 2020 and sadly at least half of 2021.
