Return Window

• Contact us: Within 14 days of receiving your order
• Ship items back: Within 14 days of delivery
• Refund processed: 2-5 business days after we receive your return

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com within 14 days of delivery
2. We'll provide the return address (USA, China, or Spain depending on your product)
3. Ship your item(s) with tracking number
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Clean and in perfect condition
• Returned with a tracking number

Return Costs

Return shipping	Buyer pays return shipping to our warehouse
Original shipping	Non-refundable
Customs/duties/taxes	Non-refundable (paid directly to your government)
Refused/unpaid packages	Refund minus shipping + handling fee

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Underwear and swimwear
• Earrings and body jewelry
• Sale and clearance items (final sale)
• Items showing signs of wear or use

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for size or color. Email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Cancel or Modify Your Order

• Before payment: Modify and reorder anytime
• Within 24 hours: Contact us to cancel or modify
• After 24 hours: Email us, but we cannot guarantee we can stop shipment

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Contact us immediately at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Contact us within 60 days if your package hasn't arrived. Claims beyond 60 days cannot be processed.
