Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within the timeframes below. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), please allow an additional 1-2 weeks.

How It Works

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We work with trusted warehouse partners in China, Spain, and the USA to bring you high-quality products at the best prices.

2. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Delivery confirmation when it arrives

3. Delivery

Your package will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Most carriers require a signature for packages over $100.

Important Information

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are determined by your local government and are not included in your order total.

What you need to know:

  • Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility
  • Fees vary by country and product value
  • Must be paid before delivery
  • We cannot predict or control these charges

Example (USA): Orders under $800 typically have no duties. Orders over $800 may incur a duty rate set by U.S. Customs. You'll pay this directly to the carrier before delivery.

Brazil: CNPJ number required for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations, we cannot ship to the following locations:

  • Bosnia & Herzegovina (free shipping not available)
  • Cyprus (free shipping not available)
  • South Africa (free shipping not available)
  • Ascension Island, Romania, Tristan da Cunha, Tunisia, Venezuela
  • Chatham Islands (New Zealand)

Refused or Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery:

  • Refund will be issued minus shipping costs and handling fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing time: 2-5 business days after package returns to our warehouse

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact your local postal service
  3. Email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com within 60 days of your order date

Note: Claims submitted after 60 days cannot be processed.
