Placing an order:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with ONLINE SMARTY LTD, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us - ONLINE SMARTY LTD.

Modify or cancel orders

If you did not pay for the order, then you can modify and reorder.

If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or modify it in 24 hours for any reason.

If more than 24 hours have passed after you pay your order, please send a request to our customer service asap to hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com but we can’t guarantee the order will be stopped on time, if the order end up being send up, the buyer will need to return it to us to be able to get a full refund.
