Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, click "Checkout," enter your shipping information, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com with your order number. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee we can stop shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and don't store your payment details. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and checkout faster next time.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on 99% of our products. See shipping restrictions.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • USA: 7-20 business days
  • Europe: 7-20 business days
  • UK: 10-25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-35 business days

During peak seasons, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partner warehouses in China, Spain, and the USA to ensure you get the best products at great prices. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.

What about customs and duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your local government. These are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid before delivery. Learn more.

My package hasn't arrived. What do I do?

First, check your tracking information. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local postal service. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com within 60 days of your order date.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. View full return policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll provide the return address and instructions. You're responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The money will appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item is in stock, we'll ship it once we receive your return.

Products & Sizing

Are your items unisex?

Most of our designs are unisex! We believe fashion has no gender—wear what makes you feel great. Check the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.

How do I choose the right size?

Always check the size chart on the product page. Our items tend to run slightly small, so we recommend ordering 1-2 sizes up if you prefer a looser fit. If you're unsure, email us your height and measurements at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com and we'll help you choose.

What does "free size" mean?

"Free size" means one-size-fits-most, typically fitting sizes S-L. Always check the product measurements to ensure it will fit you.

What materials are your products made from?

Materials vary by product. You'll find detailed fabric composition on each product page. Many of our items feature sustainable materials and vegan-friendly options.

Can you make custom items?

We offer customization on select t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts with 100% original designs. Email us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com with your request.

Are your products good quality?

Absolutely! We carefully select all products from trusted manufacturers and personally inspect quality standards. We stand behind everything we sell—if you're not satisfied, our return policy has you covered.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign In" at the top right corner, then select "Create Account." Enter your email and create a password. That's it!

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a password reset link.

How do I track my order history?

Log in to your account and go to "Order History" to see all your past orders and tracking information.
