IT IS UNISEX?
Most of our designs are unisex, we encourage you to wear whatever you feel comfortable with, you can follow the size guide to choose a size suitable to you.
THE SIZE IS TRUE?
For most product we recommend you to pick 1 or 2 sizes up of the normal you use, please read carefully the size guide and select the suitable one, if you're not sure, please email your height and waist to email@example.com, so we can help you.
If any other additional question or you have a special requirement of an item you are looking and don't find it, just send us a message, they're a huge change we can help you and give you the best price :)
Do I need to register before placing an order?
No, you do not have to. You can place the order directly on our website without register. If you change another computer next time, then you will not see the first order information. If you like, you can also select to register on our website.
How do I register?

What if I forgot my login password?
Click the “forgot your password?" at the Login page, fill in your registered email then we will send a new password to your registered email.
Ordering & Payment
Can I remove an item from the shopping cart?
Yes. If the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, you can't delete any item from the order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you did not pay for the order, then you can modify and reorder.
If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or modify it in 24 hours for any reason. If more than 24 hours, Please send a request to our customer service "firstname.lastname@example.org” representatives your order for assistance.
Can you custom make the items?
Yes we do, but just for some T-shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts where the design is 100% original, please contact us if you have any special requirement.
If I want to change information (such as color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?
We can only change this information for you if the order is not shipped out. Therefore, please be more careful to place the order. If there are changes, contact us via email@example.com.
What kind of secure payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal to facilitate our payment process. You can use Credit Cards, Debit Cards. PayPal Wallet, Bank Account. E Check, and any other payment methods that PayPal supports to complete your order on our website. And we also support Credit/Debit card of Visa Card, Master Card, JCB, Maestro.

How can I measure myself?
How can I choose the right size?
Please check the Size Chart on the item's product page to see the measurements. Most of our items are marked as S/M/L/XL/2XL/3XL size. And the units are centimeters & inches.
What's free size?
That means there is only one size available for the item. Generally a Medium size fits the majority of customers. If you are still unsure, please check the product size chart to see the detail measurements.
Shipping & Handling
Where does my order ship from?
Our main fulfillment center is located in China. All our clothes are shipped from our fulfillment center.
What delivery companies do you use?
We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL, UPS, USPS, Postal Mail etc.
How much is the shipping fees?
It depends on weight and distance. And you can see the exact fees when choosing the shipping method. Any order over $59 can enjoy free standard shipping in our website now! And sometimes we have promos with all our items with free shipping.
Is there any additional fee or tax?
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fee. Duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, for some European countries, our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.
Do you ship to PO BOX and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?
We can only ship to those addresses by standard shipping (about 2 weeks for delivery). If you want to receive the items by expedited shipping (in 10 days), please provide a physical address.
How do I track my order status?
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email about the order information. You can also log in to our website and track your order under My Account> Order history on the top right side of our website. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for your package.
