Contact us within a maximum of 7 days after you got your order
- Ship the items back within: 14 days max of getting the delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in the USA, China, or Spain, which will depend on the type of product.
For a change of mind
We understand not all items might fit you or fully like you, for that we accept returns in a maximum of 14 days after item's arrival, please follow the process:
1. Contact us within a maximum of 7 days after you got your order
- Ship the items back within: 14 days max of getting the delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in the USA, China, or Spain, which will depend on the type of product, and we will let you know the address where it needs to be sent.
All returns should be sent to us with a tracking number, we are not responsible in case the returned product is lost by the courier and untraceable.
Modify or cancel orders
If you did not pay for the order, then you can modify and reorder.
If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or modify it in 24 hours for any reason.
If more than 24 hours have passed after you pay your order, please send a request to our customer service asap to hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com but we can’t guarantee the order will be stopped on time, if the order end up being send up, the buyer will need to return it to us to be able to get a full refund.
For customer guarantees
1. If you believe an item is faulty, or there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange.
2. If you didn't read the size chart and need a size change we will accept the exchange, but the shipping cost back to our warehouse will be up to the buyer.
Custom & Duties
1. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
2. We ship from China most of the products, so if you're an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country.
3. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
4. Urban Wear Outsiders is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges and returns will be processed free of charge as soon as we get the products back, and they are in perfect condition.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal).
The shipping fee back to us charges is non-refundable.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. To begin your return or exchange, please contact us at hello@urbanwearoutsiders.com
2. We will provide you with the return address to our warehouse in the USA, Spain, or China
3. Send the product with a tracking number, (we are not responsible for products lost during shipments or untraceable parcels)
4. Once we get the product in perfect new conditions with the original packaging box we will proceed to the refund or exchange (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
5. In case of exchanges, we will ship your new item(s) at no additional cost, or we will issue your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return from the same payment method you used.
- The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- More than 7 days after you got the item, but you requested an exchange or refund after this period, in this case, we won't be able to proceed.
- Returned items must have tags still on, clean, and be returned in original packaging.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Please contact us if your product hasn't arrived 60 days after it was sent out, reclamations for an undelivered product after this time won't be valid.
